Breakfast

Never avoid or neglect morning breakfast, you be young or old missing breakfast is viewed as a major factor to lost your health. If you go directly to lunch skipping the breakfast after the previous night's supper there is a gap of more than 15 to 17 hours between your meals and your brain might have exausted its glucose level, and to fill up the lost level of glucose , your body will immediately search in your body for the energy stored for emergency purpose and send the accumulated fat, protein immediately to the brain.Since the fat,protein and other starch that had been stored in our body may not have glucose. And the effort taken by our body will not help the brain to restore itself and since the action from the brain will be not up to the mark that is reason why lot of people feel dull and tired even after a good sleep or a proper rest the night before.
Most of the people skip morning breakfast for not to get into obese condition or they may be suffering from obesity or excess weight but skipping morning breakfast will not help them instead they may land themselves in lot of other health problems.
Rather than skipping your breakfast take 8 slices of bread and milk, take one cup of juice or four iddlies which will in turn boost your brain and the freshness of your brain will reflect in the day to come.
